Founder & CEO : Katya Anastazia Souchitski
Katya Souchitski is a Certified Fitness Trainer, Eating Disorder, Mental Health, and Body Positivity Advocate, as well as a Future DPT. She became certified as a trainer at age 19, after 11 years of Rhythmic Gymnastics. She offers a variety of fitness classes including cardio, resistance, barre, and more! After recovering from Anorexia Nervosa, she wrote a book, No One Can Fight But Me, to give individuals hope, motivation, and advice if struggling with an Eating Disorder. Katya has a Bachelors’s degree in Biology and is currently applying to Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) programs. Her life long goal is to open a practice offering Fitness Training, Eating Disorder Therapy, and Physical Therapy. Katya enjoys staying active, traveling, and exploring new recipes! Faris Avdić has a wide array of skills that he applies to his work. He is an accredited Photographer and has worked with many Social Media Influencers as well as done Photography, Editing, & Graphic Design for the University of California, Merced. Additionally, he is on track to graduate with degrees in Mechanical Engineering as well as Management & Business Economics in 2020. Also, as a Type 1 Diabetic he was able to earn his Motorcycle License, Car License, and Pilot’s License. In his free time, Faris enjoys spending time with his friends and family.
Yoga Instructor : Mia Bersola
Mia Bersola became a Certified Yoga Instructor (CYT) at the age of 18 under the 200 Hour Certification with Cori Martinez. The general genre of yoga she specializes in is Hatha yoga as she is a huge supporter of health alignment throughout the mind and body. Mia began her teaching career with restorative yoga for a multitude of clients, specifically focusing on athletic injuries and body and health positivity. She taught throughout college as well as volunteered to teach at a yoga and mindfulness camp for children every summer. Mia now teaches private lessons upon request. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health and is passionate about the inequities found in the health industries. She enjoys running, hot cups of tea, and a delicious English Breakfast!
