In the past couple of days, our world has gone through quite a tough time. I have had one question in my head: How can I help put an end to this crisis? As a biology major taking a Virology class, I have access to databases that can help me learn more about COVID-19. As I began researching this virus, I found out why it is called NOVEL coronavirus. Because it is so new, researchers are having a difficult time finding a vaccine. It was upsetting unable to learn more about COVID-19, but this morning I found a new way to help put an end to this crisis. The answer is my new favorite Atheltic Gear: Acta Wear. Help those affected by COVID-19 when wearing Acta Wear.
Acta Wear profits go towards the charity of your choice! The brand has partnered with ADAA (a charity for mental health), Operation Underground Railroad (a charity for child sex trafficking), Action Against Hunger (a charity for hunger), Charity: Water (a charity for water), and COVID-19 (a charity for Corona Virus research).
When I made my first purchase with Acta Wear, I purchased the ACTA™ Seamless Leggings – Ocean and the ACTA™ Seamless Long Sleeve – Ocean. My profits went to ADAA, a charity for mental health because I want to be able to help individuals struggling with any mental health disorder, whether it is an Eating Disorder, Depression, or Anxiety. I will continue choosing ADAA when making any purchases but will begin to also choose COVID-19, a charity for Corona Virus research when purchasing any Athletic Gear from Acta wear.
So this is how I see it. Firstly, after you hopefully make a purchase, you will be waiting at home excited to work out in your new gear! Secondly, as you hit your “at-home gym”, you will be working out while your profits are being used to find a vaccine that will hopefully help so many people.
